News flash! LINC students to help with side tributaries, Redwood Renewal is poised for bold actions to help juvenile salmon this summer up at Muir Woods.
What will happen?
In early August, 1/2 mile deep within Muir Woods (between Bridge 2 and 4) young fish will be relocated, the creek de-watered, rip rap removed (and buried) and then large woody debris placed to re-establish a deep, dark and dense 3-D habitat.
