There is a free screening of Yours Truly, a documentary about the art work from the @Large: Ai Weiwei on Alcatraz exhibition, at the Presidio Theatre. I think a lot of park staff would be interested. |

The Parks Conservancy is working with The Avarna Group to provide staff training about basic ideas of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In this half day “DEI 101” training you will learn about: diversity, equity, inclusion, power, privilege, bias, and more. You will be able to interact with other staff through activities in the training. The goal of this training and our work with the Avarna Group is to help ensure all staff feel welcomed, understood, and valued in our workplace.
The training will be offered from 1pm – 5pm on 2/25 at Fort Mason, on 2/26 from 9am – 1pm in the Headlands, and from 9am – 1pm (location TBD).
