Thank you to everyone who took time last Friday, May 1st to participate in Wellness Day! Staff took walks, baked delicious food, worked in their home gardens, and more. If you’d like to share a photo of your Wellness Day activity please post it to Yammer.

In this course, you’ll learn about the science of toxic stress, adverse childhood experiences, potential triggers in your park, and how to use a trauma-informed approach when leading park programs.
