Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant Needed
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is looking for a consultant to take the Conservancy’s DEI work to the next level. As the four DEI Subcommittees (Staff Engagement, Education & Training, Hiring & Recruitment, and DEI Team/Executive Team Collaboration) developed their goals and visions, they realized the need for additional expertise and guidance. If you know of any consultants who can help us evaluate the Conservancy’s current culture, capacity, and readiness for DEI work—and provide relevant training, facilitation, and assessments—please contact Camey Yeh at cyeh@parksconservancy.org for more details. Proposals will be accepted until mid-January.

January 17 & 18: Wilderness First Aid
8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This hands-on Wilderness First Aid training is designed to meet the needs of trip leaders, camp staff, outdoor enthusiasts and individuals working in remote locations. It will introduce you to caring for people who become ill or injured far from definitive medical care. Learning takes place both in the classroom and in outdoor settings regardless of weather conditions. You must sign-up for both days of the training to become certified.
