Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant Needed
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is looking for a consultant to take the Conservancy’s DEI work to the next level. As the four DEI Subcommittees (Staff Engagement, Education & Training, Hiring & Recruitment, and DEI Team/Executive Team Collaboration) developed their goals and visions, they realized the need for additional expertise and guidance. If you know of any consultants who can help us evaluate the Conservancy’s current culture, capacity, and readiness for DEI work—and provide relevant training, facilitation, and assessments—please contact Camey Yeh at cyeh@parksconservancy.org by Monday, January 8.
