Due to the large expression of interest from the community, The Presidio Trust is extending their exhibition "EXCLUSION: The Presidio’s Role in World War II Japanese American Incarceration," to spring 2019. This powerful exhibition has welcomed over 42,000 visitors since opening in April 2017. Its themes resonate with visitors who — by examining past events — can consider present day issues, such as immigration reform and mass incarceration. The exhibition is open Tuesdays - Sundays, 10 am to 5 pm, at the Presidio Officers’ Club.
