Open Enrollment is coming! The 2018 Benefits Open Enrollment period is June 4-15. Open Enrollment is your opportunity to make changes to your benefit plans. Please come to the All Staff Meeting and Health Fairs to find out more!

Join the awesome tri-agency team of Conservancy, NPS, and Presidio Trust cyclists in the annual Bike Month challenge. During May, our Parks Team gets points every time YOU ride your bike and log your hours. The more employees that sign up and bike, the more points we get. There is also a Bike to Work Day on May 10 and a Bike Breakfast on May 23. The companies with the most points at the end of the month win Bay Area wide recognition and bragging rights. May 10: Bike to Work Day
Save the date for Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 10. Part of the annual Bike Month festivities. See News for more details.

6 -8:30 pm, Presidio Nursery. Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage. At this Trail Mixer, you’ll create paper flowers led by Latino Outdoors, learn how to make your own Yerba Buena tea, get salsa lessons from dance instructor Natasha Tia, and take a tour of the native plant nurseries before getting your hands dirty by transporting seedlings into pots. There will also be complimentary brews from Fort Point Beer Company, “noshies” from Whole Food, and a lounge from REI. Note: The event is for adults 21+, so bring your ID. General's Residence, Fort Mason.The annual All Staff Meeting and Health Fairs is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23 at Fort Mason General’s Residence and on Thursday, June 7, 2018 on Alcatraz Island. This year’s benefits open enrollment period is June 4 – 15 so this will be your annual opportunity to review and choose benefits that best fit your needs. No action is required yet; we just want you to be aware of the enrollment dates for planning purposes. Please stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks!

June 24: SF Pride Parade
Market Street, from Beale to Eighth, San Francisco. NPS and Conservancy staff, interns, volunteers, and spouses/partners are invited to march in the 2018 SF Pride Parade! Please check with your supervisors and RSVP to Lucien Sonder at Lucien_Sonder@nps.gov. When RSVP-ing, please include your T-shirt size (if not wearing a uniform), your cellphone number, and, if you are bringing a partner, their information as well. Once your RSVP has been received, Lucien will follow up with more details. The deadline to RSVP is May 10th.

May 17: FY2019 PowerPlan ABM Refresher Training
10 am - noon and 2 - 4 pm. Fort Mason, Bldg 102. As part of the annual budget development process, the Finance department is offering a budget training. The training will equip you with the tools and information needed to support full budget participation. In the training, we will go over the PowerPlan ABM system, as well as some basic budget management skills. Two sessions are being offered, 10 am and 2 pm. Please click the time slot you'd like to register for. NOTE: This training is for employees responsible for managing their departments/divisions budgets.
