Join the awesome tri-agency team of Conservancy, NPS, and Presidio Trust cyclists in the annual Bike Month challenge. During May, our Parks Team gets points every time YOU ride your bike and log your hours. The more employees that sign up and bike, the more points we get. There will be a Bike Breakfast on May 23. The PYC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Cohort presents "Zootopia," an Academy Award winning animated feature that sheds light on contemporary social issues of prejudice and discrimination. Following the film, converse with colleagues about the social justice themes that appear in the film and ways to address equity and inclusion with younger audiences. General's Residence, Fort Mason.The annual All Staff Meeting and Health Fairs is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23 at Fort Mason General’s Residence and on Thursday, June 7, 2018 on Alcatraz Island. This year’s benefits open enrollment period is June 4 – 15 so this will be your annual opportunity to review and choose benefits that best fit your needs. TRAININGS

10 am - noon and 2 - 4 pm. Fort Mason, Bldg 102. As part of the annual budget development process, the Finance department is offering a budget training. The training will equip you with the tools and information needed to support full budget participation. In the training, we will go over the PowerPlan ABM system, as well as some basic budget management skills. Two sessions are being offered, 10 am and 2 pm. NOTE: This training is for employees responsible for managing their departments/divisions budgets. Please check with your supervisor to confirm if you need to attend this training.

8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Crissy Field Center. The Wilderness First Aid (WFA) two day course will help you prepare for the unexpected. This fast paced, hands-on training is designed to meet the needs of trip leaders, camp staff, outdoor enthusiasts and individuals working in remote locations. You must sign-up for Day 1 AND Day 2 of the training for certification. No previous first aid training is required. This course may also be used to recertify WMI Wilderness First Responder and WMI Wilderness EMT (wilderness portion only) certifications.
