Did you know there are free webinars available through Claremont EAP to help support you and your family members with life's concerns? This month's feature is "Managing Toxic People." While managing a large team can be challenging, there are methods and approaches which will assist you in creating a positive culture in your workplace. Please note that you will need to register with the site prior to accessing the webinar.

Gain insight into developing and refining effective skills such as performance management, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, operations, and much more.
